Renovations / Flat in Kings Court, Hammersmith, London 2013
We managed to transform a small studio to a one bedroom flat in order to meet the clients requirements. This flat is located in Hammersmith London in a 1930's art deco building. In the original plan everything was treated as one space (living,sleeping and kitchen). Now we managed to create an entrance hall which leads to the kitchen and living area as well as a double bedroom. We used more space for the kitchen in order to adjust a worktop with stools to dine an element which didn't appear before. Moreover on the living area we created a small corner with a desk and library.The bedroom is a normal size one and fits a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The flat provides an amount of storage spaces.
